ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.508 of 2012 in O.S.No.504 of 2010 dated 11.08.2017 on the file of the III Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai.

It is evident from the records that when the matter was taken up for hearing on 11.01.2024, this Court, considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners that they have already handed over the bundle to the revision petitioners and reported no instructions for the revision petitioners, directed the Registry to print the name of the revision petitioners in the cause list. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 07.02.2024, despite name printed in the cause list, the revision petitioners have not turned up and hence, this Court has 2/4
