ORDER
The present writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the subsequent selection process for the post of Grade II Police Constable, Grade II Jail Warder and Fireman 2019, by considering his application.
2.Mr.K.Chellapandian, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent submitted that the cut-off marks prescribed for the MBC candidates is 48 and the petitioner has secured only 46 marks. Therefore, his name was not considered for the subsequent selection process.
