ORDER

The writ petitioner instructed his counsel to withdraw this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the same with liberty to approach the concerned authorities and has circulated a letter in this connection.

2. Hence, permission is granted and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the concerned authorities. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
