Crime No.111 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner is coming up repeatedly with the anticipatory bail application.

3. Considering the fact that it is the case of job racketing, and the petitioner and the other accused had cheated 28 victims to the tune of Rs.1,47,45,000/-, this Court has already dismissed the anticipatory bail application. Inspite of the same, investigation is not proceeding further.

4. As there is no change of circumstances in this case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.

6. The copy of this order shall be placed before the superior officials, so that the investigation can be progressed.
