ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to issue a Look Out Circular against the fourth respondent with the Passport No.RO894631 dated 23.10.2017 by considering the writ petitioner's representation dated 31.08.2024.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the writ petitioner has filed a private complaint against the fourth respondent and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.31 of 2016 and since the fourth respondent has not turned up, Non-Bailable Warrant 2/6

came to be issued against him on 29.12.2021, that till now Non-Bailable Warrant is not executed, that the fourth respondent is attempting to go abroad and that therefore the writ petitioner was constrained to give a representation to issue lookout circular.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the writ petitioner's representation is pending before the first respondent but they have not sent any representation to the Inspector of Police, Avaniyapuram Police Station and they have also not received any warrant from the concerned Court.

5. Considering the above, the writ petitioner is directed to give a representation to the Inspector of Police, Avaniyapuram Police Station, Madurai and on receipt of the same, the Inspector of Police, Avaniyapuram Police Station is directed to consider the same and take a decision in accordance with law within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. 3/6
