ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the respondent to make survey and demarcation of the petitioner's land comprised in S.No.31/3 bearing Patta No.253 measuring an extent of 3 Acres and 81 cents situated at Pappapatti Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District, based on his representation dated 24.11.2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that as prayed by the petitioner, the survey has been conducted in respect of the subject property and report also served to the petitioner.

3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
