Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1,3, and 4 to remove the encroachments made in Survey No.337 in Puthusukkampatti village, Melur Taluk and Madurai District, and directing the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the encroachments and remove the passage in Sirumanam @ Sirukulam Tank situated in Survey No.339 in Puthusukkampatti village, Melur Taluk and Madurai District, both the encroachments having been made by the respondents 5 to 7 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Honourable Court.
