For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.16/2024 on the file of the respondent police Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of RM.ARUN SWAMINATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.SENTHIL MURUGAN,Advocate for Respondent No.1 and of Mr.R.M.Anbunithi,Additional Public Prosecutor(Criminal Side) for Respondent No.2, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail, granted by this Court, in Crl.OP(MD)No.13583 of 2024, dated 04.09.2024. 2.This petition is filed by the defacto complainant to cancel the bail granted to the first respondent, who are arrayed as accused Nos.10. 3.Heard both sides.

4. Considering the nature of the allegations that the first respondent and the other accused are said to have colluded with each other, impersonated the defacto complainant, and registered the false documents, and considering the fact that all the accused are now being arrested and only considering the fact that when the SubRegister has been granted anticipatory bail and the investigation is proceeding further, at this stage, I am of the view that the anticipatory bail, already granted to the first respondent, need not be cancelled.

5. In view thereof, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of only with a direction to the Investigating Officer to conduct the investigation as expediously as possible.
