ORDER

This Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus to direct the first and second respondents to complete the enquiry based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 06.06.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police on instructions submitted that the enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 25.08.2023 in Current Paper P4/027123/2341/2023 by the second respondent Police.

3. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
