ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the learned learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.60 of 2019, pending on his file within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. This revision petitioner is the defendant in the suit in O.S.No.60 of 2019, on the file of learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam. According to him, the suit property belongs to him and he has already filed a written statement and issues were framed. Further, he has not leased out the property to the respondent / plaintiff, but, the respondent / plaintiff has rented out his property for running TASMAC shop. Based on the interim order granted by the Court below, the respondent / plaintiff has been purposely dragging on the matter one way or the other. Hence, he filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking early disposal of the said suit.
3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the defendant has already filed a written statement and he is ready to co-operate with trial, this Court is inclined to direct the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.60 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
C.R.P(MD)No.2039 of 2019 later than, four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
