ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.87 of 2023 pending on the file of the second respondent within a time frame. 2.It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR in Cr.No.87 of 2023 came to be registered on 13.02.2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 506(1) IPC.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the investigation is pending and seeks three months time to file the final report.

4.Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
