ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, (ie., 23.12.2021) when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint filed by the defacto complainant, enquiry was conducted against the petitioners. It was a matrimonial dispute between the husband/first petitioner and the wife/defacto complainant and they were not willing to live jointly and mutually agreed to file divorce before the concerned Court and also agreed to return the sridhana articles. Based upon the above said agreement between the parties, enquiry was closed.
