JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] The reasons assigned for delay in para no.11 of the affidavit is as follows:- "It is submitted that order was passed on 03.01.2023 and the same was ready on 17.03.2023. Thereafter, the present Writ Appeal is filed on 07.09.2023. Thus, there is some delay, which is caused only due to administrative reasons as stated above. Unless the delay is condoned, the Writ Appeal is taken on file the appellants will be put to great hardship."

2.Though the delay is only 109 days, we find that there is no reason given for condonation of delay except saying it is due to administrative reasons. We see no ground to condone the delay. The Condone Delay
