After this Writ Petition was filed challenging an order of the Tahsildar, the petitioner had filed a civil suit, which was renumbered as O.S.No.220 of 2022. Against the judgment and decree in the said suit, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a first appeal has been filed (A.S.No.1 of 2024) before the Sub Court, Tuticorin.

2. In view thereof, this Writ Petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed by leaving it open to the parties to work out their remedies before the civil Court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
