:Contemnors/Respondents1&2 PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the contempt of Courts Act, to initiate contempt of Court proceedings against the contemnors/respondents 1 and 2 herein for the non compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD).No.12084 of 2020 on 03.02.2022 and punish the contemnors.

O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed for the non-compliance of the Order in W.P(MD).No.12084 of 2020 dated 03.02.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the proceedings passed by the second respondent on 09.11.2022 and submits that the petitioner's representation was considered and disposed. He further submits that the order of this Court in W.P(MD).No.12084 of 2020 dated 03.02.2022 is only for considering the representation of the petitioner on its merits and it has been considered and orders passed by this Court has been complied with.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the orders passed by the second respondent, it is always open to him to file an appropriate writ petition as against the same.
