Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register the complaint as mentioned in the petitioner complaint dated 27.12.2017 subsequently, direct the third respondent not to interfere with the petitioner's peaceful enjoyment of the property in Survey No.523/6B and 144/1, total extent of 1 acre and 43 cents. For Petitioner : Mr.V.Palanichamy For Respondents : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi Government Advocate (Crl.side) C O M M O N O R D E R W.P.(MD).No.18866 of 2016 has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and also not to involve in a civil dispute in respect of the property in Survey No.523/6, Ambathurai Village, Chinnalapatti, Dindigul District and in Survey No.1441/1, Aimputhuraikottai Village, Nilakottai measuring about 1 acre and 44 cents.
2. W.P.(MD).No.1801 of 2018 has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 27.12.2017, in respect of some dispute relating to the above property in Survey Nos.523/6 and 1441/1.
3. The petitioner in both the writ petitions have given a complaint against each other alleging that there is some harassment. Since the complaints have not been considered, the present writ petitions have been filed.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner in both the writ petitions have been enquired into by the second respondent and after enquiry, both the complaints have been closed as civil dispute between the parties.
5. Considering the fact that already both the complaints given by the petitioner in both the writ petitions have been enquired into and closed by the respondent police, no further adjudication is 2/4
required in these writ petitions. Accordingly, these writ petitions are closed. No costs.
