ORDER
The case of the petitioner is that the respondents 4 to 6 are running a chicken stall, fish stall and mutton stall, respectively at Shanmugapuram, Palani, Dindigul District and they are causing nuisance by dumping the wastes in the drainage. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the nuisance by taking action against the respondents 4 to 6.
2. The learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 & 3 / Municipality submits that the Municipality is cleaning the garbage 2/4
everyday in between 03.00 p.m. to 04.30 p.m.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent submits that the second respondent has conducted a spot inspection on 14.11.2023 and found that the respondents 4 to 6 are not running any shops at present.
4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
