2.Having regard to the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and there being no objection by the respondents, the delay of 110 days in filing cost memo is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3.Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission.
