PRAYER: Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908 to withdraw and transfer the original petition in H.M.O.P.No.915 of 2017 pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai and to transfer the same to file of the III Additional Sub Court, Madurai.

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.915 of 2017 from the file of Family Court, Madurai and to transfer the same to the file of III Additional Sub Court, Madurai.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Petition as not pressed.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, HMOP.No.915 of 2017 is of the year 2017, the learned Family Judge, Madurai is directed to dispose of HMOP.No.915 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
