Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner's father worked as Labour in the respondent Corporation. He passed away on (*)15.06.2002, while in service. The case of the petitioner is that his mother / G.Kalaiyarasi gave an application in November 2003 itself. He would further claim that his father's name has not been added in the list of deceased employees. In other words, his mother's representation was not considered. The petitioner gave a fresh representation to the respondent on 26.02.2022.

3. The respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
