O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.338 of 2020 registered on the file of K.V.Nallur Police Station.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the final report has since been filed but the petitioner's name has been removed therefrom.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of. If the petitioner's name has been included in the crime records, since in the final report the petitioner's name has not been included by the investigation officer himself, it will be treated that the petitioner was not involved in the criminal case at all in the first instance. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
