Mr.J.John Rajadurai, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of all the respondents.

2.The writ petition has been filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents, particularly, the third and fourth respondents to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the land in S.No.134/2A2, measuring 1.19.00 hectares and S.No.134/4B, measuring of 0.31.0 hectares and S.No.134/9, measuring 0.87.5 cents in Manamelkudi Taluk, Pudukottai District. W.P.(MD) No.22694 of 2021 3.The petitioner claims that he had purchased the property through registered sale deeds, dated 16.10.2019 and 08.11.2019 and the patta had also been granted in the name of the petitioner. The petitioner had also paid necessary fees by way of challan on 18.06.2021.

4.A direction is issued to the respondents 3 and 4, to do the necessary needful pursuant to the said application, issue notice to the petitioner and also to anybody else concerned and thereafter, conduct survey and comply with the requirements. The entire exercise should be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
