O RDER This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to change the Investigation Officer / Enquiry Officer / 4th respondent. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents submitted that in respect of the complaint dated 12.08.2023 given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. Thereafter, the petitioner has given another complaint on 14.08.2023 to the Inspector General of Police, Trichy, the Director General of Police, Chennai, the Superintendent of Police, Trichy and the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Trichy but a copy of the said complaint has not been received by the 3rd respondent.

However, he has reported to this Court that a copy of the said complaint, which the petitioner has sent to the higher officers, is available in the typed set of papers and he would instruct the concerned Police to initiate action based on the said complaint. 3.
