PRAYER:- Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned notice passed by the third respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Aa2/983/2018 dated 27.11.2018 and quash the same as illegal.

Challenge in this writ petition is to a notice dated 27.11.2018 issued by R3, (i.e.,) Block Development Officer, Keezhapavur Panchayat Union, Tirunelveli.
2. Mr.D.Sadiq Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that since the petitioner has paid the entire amount as sought to be recovered under the impugned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.[MD]No.25477 of 2018 notice, R3 did not intend to proceed further with the same and the impugned notice thus has lost all steam and is set aside, as such.
