ORDER

This petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.687 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Alangulam Police Station, Alangulam, Tirunelveli District to any other Competent Officer within the District.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Persecutor would submit that 'further action dropped' report has been submitted before the concerned Court and RCS notice has also been served upon the petitioner. It appears that it is a man missing case and the defacto complainant is the wife of the missing person.

3. From the report submitted by the learned Additional Public prosecutor, it is seen that the husband of the petitioner was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22767 of 2018 secured from the Secunderabad City in the State of Telangana and he has given a statement to the effect that he eloped with one Sudhandira Selvi and now, he is not willing to live with her and also wants to live with the petitioner. Similarly, a complaint was given by the relatives of the Sudhandira Selvi was also closed on the ground that she is major. hence, the petitioner took her husband along with her and so, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. A copy of the 'further action dropped' report should be served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner.
