JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) Challenging the order passed by this Court dated 30.09.2022 made in W.M.P.(MD)No.15518 of 2022 in W.P.(MD)No.18408 of 2022, the appellant has come forward with this writ appeal.

2. The appellant has filed a writ petition along with a stay petition, challenging the cancellation of the successful bid submitted by him by an order dated 01.08.2022, with regard to the tender ID.2022_AAI_117718_1. This Court, by an order dated, 16.08.2022, has granted interim stay. As against the same, the respondents have filed a vacate stay petition. After hearing the parties, this Court by an order dated 30.09.2022, has allowed the vacate stay petition and consequently, the stay granted by this Court on 16.08.2022 was vacated. As against the said order, the appellant has filed this Writ Appeal.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that by order of the second respondent dated 03.08.2022, the subject matter of the tender work was allotted to M/s.Chennai Engineering Services, Plot No.30, Door No.1-536 Krishna Nagar, 1st Street, Manapakkam, Chennai - 600 125.

4. In view of the above submission, this Writ Appeal is disposed of leaving it open to the appellant to challenge the said order dated 03.08.2022 in the manner known to law, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
