ORDER

This writ petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the notification, dated 28.12.2015.

2. Due to efflux of time the claim of the petitioner cannot be entertained. Moreover, the prayer sought for in the writ petitioner is that to attend the selection process, without written examination.

3. Considering the facts of the case, this petitioner cannot seek to dispense with written examination in the selection process. There is no merits in the writ petition.
