Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue separate patta for the property situated in Old Punjai S.No. 547/2, R.S.No.547/2B, R.S.No.547/2B1A1 to an extent of 70 cents of Uthumalai Village, V.K.Pudur Taluk, Tenkasi District by surveying the land with demarcation of boundaries with help of fourth respondent police protection, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 09.09.2024 and to pass any such further or other orders as this Court. ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to issue separate patta for the property situated in Old Punjai S.No. 547/2, R.S.No.547/2B, R.S.No.547/2B1A1 to an extent of 70 cents of Uthumalai Village, V.K.Pudur Taluk, Tenkasi District by surveying the land with demarcation of boundaries with help of fourth respondent police protection, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 09.09.2024. 2/5

2. The jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is sought to be invoked by the writ petitioner, who on filing an application on 09.09.2024 before the second respondent has approached this Court immediately.

3. This writ petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition after passing order on his application. There shall be no order as to costs.
