Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Declaration declaring the action of the respondents in not counting the petitioner's entire service from 10.05.1999, the date on which he completed 480 days of service, for the purpose of concomitant service benefits of promotion, back wages, pension as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently issue a direction to the respondents to count his service in the respondent corporation from the date of completion of 480 days of service i.e., with effect from 10.05.1999 for the purpose of granting him service benefits namely, continuity of service, promotion, pension, etc., and further directing the respondents to pay back wages to the petitioner from 10.05.1999 to 09.05.2013 and to grant all other attendant service benefits.
