Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRABU M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition from report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur daily at 10.30 a.m., imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17726 of 2022 dated 06.10.2022 to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti daily at 10.30 a.m. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police.
