The learned counsel for both parties submitted that the parties have now compromised their dispute. The petitioner is present today. On 08.06.2023, the respondent was also present. It was ordered that the physical appearance of the respondent shall stand dispensed with for today (16.06.2023). The parties have settled their dispute amicably and has filed a memo of compromise.
