O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. Seeking for a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of a complaint given by the fourth respondent.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has purchased the property by way of a registered sale deed bearing Document No.1223 of 2023, dated 27.04.2023, however, when the petitioner intended to construct a house, the unofficial respondent No.4 is trying to obstruct and intervene with the possession of the petitioner, thereby, the petitioner has filed a complaint before respondent No.2 Police, however, no action has been taken so far.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on the other hand, submits that the fourth respondent has filed a complaint against the petitioner, which was registered as C.S.R.No.431 of 2023 and after concluding the enquiry, the respondent Police have closed the same as the dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent is purely civil in nature. Since the complaint filed by 2/4

the fourth respondent is stated to have been closed by the respondent Police after due enquiry, no further directions can be given in this case.
