ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the proposal sent by the petitioner school for approval of the appointment of one J.Paul Rani Prabha.
2. According to the petitioner school, one J.Paul Rani Prabha was appointed as B.T Assistant (History) on 21.01.2021 and the proposal was forwarded to the respondents 3 and 4 by communication, dated 05.02.2021. However, the 3rd respondent who is the competent authority has not passed any orders so far.

3. Considering the above said facts, the 3rd respondent is directed to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. 06.10.2023 NCC :
