Respondents PRAYER :- Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records of the Impugned Order in Variya Aanai M.S.(Vaalayam) No.34, dated 20/11/2018, passed by the 2nd respondent, and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to drop the action of merging of 41 Khadi Crafts Sales Outlets, thereby reducing the number of Sales outlets from 92 to 51 .
