on 23.08.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(aaa),4(1)(i), 4(1)(A), 4(1-A)(ii) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, r/w. 318(4), 340 of BNS, in crime No.675 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the huge quantity of spurious liquor which is said to have been possessed by the petitioner which included 500 numbers of hologram, etc., for the present I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
