Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the second respondent's proceedings in Na.Ka. 2784/2016/Tho.Va dated 17.09.2016 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently direct the second respondent to extend the benefit of waiver of agricultural loan under G.O.(Ms) No.50 Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection Department dated 23.06.2016 to the petitioner.

ORDER

It has been brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pending the writ petition, a demand notice has been issued by the third respondent herein and the same has been challenged by the petitioner in a subsequent writ petition in W.P.(MD) No.23936 of 2024, wherein a conditional order was passed by this Court.

2. In view that a demand had been made, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
