Heard Mr. V.R.Venkatesan, Learned Counsel for the petitioner, Mr. N.Pragalathan, Learned Counsel for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 3.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the matter is settled out out of the Court between the parties and hence, he seeks to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court record.
