PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to dispose of the original suit in O.S.No.358 of 2014 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Melur, Madurai District as expeditiously as possible within time frame as may be fixed by this Court by allowing this Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to dispose of the original suit in O.S.No.358 of 2014 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Melur, 2/5

Madurai District as expeditiously as possible within time frame as may be fixed by this Court

2. The first respondent herein filed a suit in O.S.No.358 of 2014 seeking partition, declaration and permanent injunction against the petitioner and the respondent Nos.2 to 15 before the trial Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the District Munsif Cour, Melur, to dispose of the original suit in O.S.No.358 of 2014 within a reasonable time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that without going into the merits of the case, it would be suffice to issue a direction to the District Munsif Court, Melur, to dispose of the original suit in O.S.No. 358 of 2014, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if it has not already been disposed of.
