ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the third respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the civil suit in O.S.No.120 of 2024 is pending between the parties and that the fourth respondent has given a false complaint and at the instance of the fourth respondent, the third respondent has been threatening the petitioner to withdraw the civil suit.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent, CSR.Nos. 559 of 2024 and 489 of 2024 came to be registered and enquiry is pending.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent and conduct enquiry by taking note of the civil suit pending between the parties and take a decision within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
