This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to relax the condition No.2, imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District of Nagercoil in Crl.M.P.No. 3297 of 2024, dated 11.09.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3. Considering the nature of allegation that there is a tension prevailing in the local area the condition to stay away was imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District of Nagercoil and hence, I am not inclined to modify the condition.

4. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to comply with the 2/4

condition as imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District of Nagercoil in Crl.M.P.No. 3297 of 2024, dated 11.09.2024 for another period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
