ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondent to file a final report as contemplated under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. in Crime No.150 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police within a time frame.

2.It is evident from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR in Cr.No.150 of 2019 came to be registered on 21.04.2019.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though FIR came to be registered in the year 2019, final report has not been filed so far.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent, after completing investigation, has filed the final report on 01.11.2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur and the case is not yet taken on file. He would further submit that since bail bond is found missing in the Court records, the case is not taken on file. 5.Recording the same, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur is directed to take the case on file, if it is otherwise in order.
