2.This petition has been filed against the dismissal order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, dismissing the petition filed under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., which is not maintainable before this Court. The petitioner ought to have filed proper revision petition.

Let the certified copy of the above said dismissal order passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court, which was filed along with this petition, be returned to the petitioner, by the Registry, under proper acknowledgment, to proceed further in accordance with law.
