For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated dated 08.06.2022 made in W.P(MD)No.1782 of 2020, this Contempt Petition is filed.

2. When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing today, it is submitted that as against the order passed by this Court, a writ appeal has been filed in W.A(MD)No.17 of 2023, in which, the Division Bench of this Court has granted interim stay on 10.01.2023.
