Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 26.09.2016, made by the petitioner, seeking for revocation of suspension order in Memo No.251/Adm-IV/A1/2016-1, dated 02.04.2016, on the file of the first respondent, within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.09.2016, seeking revocation of suspension order in Memo No.251/Adm-IV/A1/2016-1, dated 02.04.2016, on the file of the first respondent, within the time limit to be fixed by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner, the first respondent has passed the impugned suspension order against him on the ground of dereliction and negligence in duties and therefore, he made a representation to the respondents, dated 26.09.2016, seeking to revoke the suspension order on the ground that he has been placed under prolonged suspension, but no order has been passed, so far. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the first respondent would consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
