ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 70 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A. (MD)SR No.70316 of 2025 before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent submitted that he is going to file a vakalat for the 2nd and 3rd respondents and has raised no objection to allow this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
