This petition is filed to withdraw maintenance case in M.C.No.4 of 2017 from the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai and transfer the same to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case in M.C.No.4 of 2017 has been disposed of after full trial on 19.10.2019.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
