ORDER
The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that this Petition had been filed to direct the third Respondent to take action on the Petitioner's complaint dated 30.05.2022, in the light of the dictum laid down by the Honble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that based on the complaint of the Petitioner, an FIR had already been registered in Cr.No.158 of 2022, for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed.
