Side) COMMON ORDER Cr.O.P.(MD) No. 20445 of 2018 has been filed to direct the respondents herein to give police protection to the petitioner for his life and limb by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 06.10.2018.

Cr.O.P.(MD) No. 968 of 2019 has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 & 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner from the hands of the respondents-3 & 4 on the basis of the representation, dated 17.10.2018.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on a complaints, the second respondent police has conducted enquiry and closed the same as civil in nature. The statement is recorded.

3. Recording the said statement, the Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed.
