ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed by the first respondent thereby rejecting the request made by the petitioner to take action as against the third respondent for removal of his name from Kalugumali Semmanattar Thevar Samuthaya Nala Sangam. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.It is seen that the petitioner was removed from Kalugumali Semmanattar Thevar Samuthaya Nala Sangam by the third respondent. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation, dated 12.10.2018 before the first respondent. Admittedly, the third respondent Society is a private association and 2/4
the petitioner was a member. There was a dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent and the entire dispute is civil in nature. Therefore, the first respondent has no authority or power to interfere with the action taken by the third respondent. Hence, the request made by the petitioner was rightly rejected by the first respondent. This Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the respondents 1 and 2. Hence, this Writ Petition is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
