This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the impugned order dated 10.09.2018 of the respondent and consequently direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to the erect the name board as Thuya Viyagula Annai Alayam, Mukkalampadu Pangu at Chekkaravilai Village in Survey No.735/16. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
